"Escape to Dartmoor" - ISBN 0-9527297-2-5

"Dartmoor Captured" - ISBN 0-9527297-6-8

Elisabeth Stanbrook's book on "Dartmoor Forest Farms" (0-86114-887-8) provides excellent information on these isolated and abandoned places.

And of course Eric Hemery's book (1983) "High Dartmoor" is the essential book about Dartmoor in all it's multifarious ways.
